Currently working on establishing an Indo-German start-up company (NanoMatter) focusing on the development of applications based on ultrathin semiconducting nanosheets. Nanomatter develops large-scale substrate-agnostic metal-organic chemical vapor deposition.
(MOCVD) processes for semiconducting nanosheets targeting industries including semiconductor technology, display technology, and next-generation energy storage.
